4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship bare root fruit bushes within the continental United States during the appropriate planting season. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once shipped, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.

Shipping and handling charges will be clearly disclosed during checkout. Delays caused by weather or postal services are outside our control.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of bare root plants, we do not accept returns once the product has been shipped. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
