Shipping Information

We use the United States Postal Service. Typically we use priority mail. For large heavy orders, we will typically send USPS ground. 

Likely not, but you are always free to reach out to us and ask anyway.

Lost

If the USPS loses your package, we will replace it for you.

Stolen

However, if tracking says delivered we can’t be responsible for lost packages or packages that may have been stolen off your porch. 

Delayed

We deal with this on a case by case. Our plants are usually shipped with enough moisture to last a week or so. Size of order and weather conditions can also come into play. 

 

If your order is delayed, make sure you check their moisture levels as quickly as possible. If they are dry, let them soak in some water for a bit and let them get rehydrated.

So for most of our orders, we use a 12″ x 4″ x 4″ box. Depending on order size, we sometimes use 12″ x 2″ x 2″ boxes. 

Within the box, your plant’s roots are rolled in wet paper towels and placed in a small sack. 

Then, packing paper is added to the box to keep the plants from bouncing around during transit.
